What this site collects.
Short version: no forms, no accounts, no advertising, no third-party fonts. Analytics only if you accept it, and nothing is set before you do.
What we deliberately do not do
- No contact form — nothing you might type is stored or transmitted anywhere
- No third-party fonts. Typefaces are served from this domain, so Google is not told that you visited
- No advertising networks, no social media pixels, no session recording, no device fingerprinting
- No accounts, no logins, no newsletter
Analytics
If — and only if — you press Accept on the cookie notice, this site loads Google Analytics 4 and sets its cookies. Until you choose, nothing from Google is requested and no cookie is written. If you press Decline, nothing loads at all and the choice is remembered in your browser.
What Google Analytics receives:
- Pages viewed, and the order and time of viewing
- Approximate location from a truncated IP address — IP anonymisation is on
- The referring site, if you arrived from a link or a search
- Browser, operating system, device type and screen size
What it does not receive: your name, your email address, your employer, or anything you type. There is nothing on this site to type into.
Legal basis: your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the Slovak Electronic Communications Act. Processor: Google Ireland Limited. Retention: 14 months, then automatic deletion.
To withdraw consent at any time, use the cookie choice link in the footer of any page, or clear this site's data in your browser. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it, and the site behaves identically either way.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records ordinary web server logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser string. These are produced by the server itself, not by anything on the page, and are used only to keep the site running and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
If you email us
We keep your message and address for as long as we need to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, object to processing, or complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR). To exercise any of these, write to us using the address on the contact page.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the date below changes with it.
